Created with a blend of Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah and Carménère grapes, this wine stands out for its light pink hues and a complex and enveloping aromatic profile, ideal for spring or summer evenings. Innovative Winemaking ProcessThe vinification of this rosé follows a unique process: in just 11 minutes of skin contact, the aromas and rosy hues of the grapes are extracted. After decantation in steel, the must ferments at a controlled temperature, then remaining in contact with the fine lees for 2-3 months before being filtered and bottled. Sensory Characteristics and Blend of GrapesWith an alcohol content of 12.5%, the 11 Minutes Rosé offers a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
