Obtained from Primitivo grapes grown with care and passion, this wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barriques, giving it an elegant complexity. and a depth; extraordinary.

The harvest of these precious grapes begins in the first days of October, when the grapes are perfectly ready and ripe. The harvest takes place exclusively by hand, ensuring meticulous attention to each bunch. Before being harvested, the grapes undergo drying on the plant, which intensifies the flavors and unique characteristics of this variety.

The maceration of the grapes lasts 10 days, thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts selected directly in the vineyard. This choice allows you to preserve the authenticity of the product. and the essence of the grapes, while the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius, guaranteeing a perfect expression of the aromas.
