The name evokes the year of the first harvest of "Zero", the first wine produced by the Tempa Di Zoè in 2003. This Aglianico brings in itself; the traces of a journey that, for eighteen years, has been able to capture the essence of a unique territory. The Vineyard: The Soul of the WineThe vineyard, covering 1.4 hectares at 150 meters above sea level, is a located on a typical Cilento soil, called Flysh, rich in clays and limestones. This land helps to create a unique and refined expression of Aglianico, a vine of great nobility; and complexity. The Creation of the "18 Eighteen"The vinification involves an alcoholic fermentation and maceration in steel tanks, followed by a maturation of about 12 months, half of which is left to dry. in steel and half; in barriques and French oak barrels.
