The vinification involves a soft and progressive pressing of the bunches, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, maturation and preparation of the cuvée with the addition of reserve wines and an aging of at least 24 months in the bottle with its own lees. The wine has a soft foam, a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fresh and elegant bouquet with notes of white fruit and citrus scents.
