To celebrate these values ​​of strength, character and uniqueness at the basis of their history, Berlucchi has decided to rework them in a contemporary key for the new generations of conscious consumers.

It is within this context that Berlucchi ' ;61 Rosè Brut Franciacorta DOCG, the new product of 2022 with a restyling of both design and taste. This sparkling wine represents the maximum expression of the naturalness of the Berlucchi vineyards, with an almost zero dosage of added sugars and composed of Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir grapes (70%) harvested between August and September. The vinification involves a soft and progressive pressing of the bunches, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, maturation and preparation of the cuvée with the addition of reserve wines and an aging of at least 24 months in the bottle with its own lees. The wine has a soft froth, an intense pink colour, elegant notes of berries, ripe fruit and a very pleasant vinosity due to the short maceration of the Pinot Noir on the skins during the vinification phase. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with cured meats, cheeses and first courses.
