This wine is born in vineyards located in Mezzane di Sotto, on the fertile Gabri Mountains, where the sandy and calcareous soil gives structure and elegance to the wine. The grapes, selected manually, subjected to soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel, then mature in oak tonneaux for two years, acquiring complexity and depth. A Symphony of Aromas and FlavoursOn the nose, the Amarone "Selezione Antonio Castagnedi" 2019 offers a rich aromatic spectrum, from notes of ripe red pulp fruit to nuances of liquorice, black pepper and chocolate. On the palate, power blends with elegance, creating a perfect balance between strength and finesse. The incisive and elegant tannins support an enveloping and persistent structure, which invites another sip.
