A Perfect Balance between Tradition and InnovationWinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15-18 days , a methodology that preserves the integrity and freshness of the fruit. The refinement in 25 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months adds complexity and depth to the wine, creating a perfect balance between the spicy notes of the wood and the liveliness of the fruit.
