Thanks to a more rigorous winemaking process and a longer aging in wooden barrels, Barbera d'Asti Superiore is distinguished from the standard Barbera d'Asti by its greater complexity and intensity aromatic. In particular, Barbera d'Asti Superiore must be aged for at least one year before being marketed. The Barbera D'Asti DOCG Superiore 2020 is an excellent red wine produced in the province of Alessandria, in the heart of Piedmont, Italy, by Cantina Ca' Bianca. This wine is the result of a careful vinification and an aging of at least one year in wooden barrels, which give it an exceptional aromatic and gustatory complexity. Barbera D'Asti DOCG Superiore 2020 is a suitable wine to accompany meat dishes, roasts, aged cheeses and Piedmontese cuisine, such as tajarin al ragù, braised in Barolo and mixed boiled meats. |
