This sparkling wine, obtained from grapes grown in the vineyards overlooking Lake Santa Messere, is the result of careful care and respect for the environment, guaranteeing an authentic and high quality product.</p><h3> Grape variety and vineyard</h3><p>Belle Nosiola is produced exclusively with Nosiola grapes, an indigenous Trentino vine, grown according to the simple and broken Trentino pergola cultivation system. The vineyards, located in a hilly area overlooking Lake Santa Messere, benefit from a marly-limestone soil rich in skeleton. Thanks to the exposed and well-ventilated position, chemical treatments are reduced to a minimum, following biodynamic principles since 2006. The practice of green manure further contributes to the health of the soil and the vines.</p><h3>Harvest and Vinification</h3> <p>The harvest takes place at the end of September, picking the grapes in the morning during the coolest hours to preserve their integrity. The grapes are then subjected to soft pressing and the must obtained ferments and matures on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks. In spring, the wine is bottled and undergoes refermentation in the bottle with the addition of Vino Santo Trentino must, using spontaneous yeasts. This traditional method gives the wine a unique complexity and structure.</p><h3>Organoleptic Characteristics</h3><p>Belle Nosiola Frizzante has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, the aroma is slightly complex, dominated by notes of yeast. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly soft, with a good persistence that invites a second sip.
