| Description | Bolgheri Rosato DOC 2022 Donna Olimpia 1898: A Journey into the Taste of TuscanyOrigins and Production MethodThe Bolgheri Rosato DOC 2022 Donna Olimpia 1898 is a high quality rosé wine, produced in Tuscany, Italy. It is obtained from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, grown in the vineyards of the Donna Olimpia 1898 winery. After destemming-crushing, the grapes cooled to 18 degrees are transferred to the press and subjected to a soft pressing. The must obtained is clarified and subsequently inoculated with selected yeasts in order to start the alcoholic fermentation. Once the fermentation is complete, a first racking is done and the wine is left to refine "sur lie" for at least 5 months before bottling.
