<p><b>Aromatic and Taste Profile:</b> The Campo dei Gigli Amarone reveals a complex bouquet of wild fruits to the nose, with woody touches and mineral tones. The aromas of licorice, black pepper, tobacco, spices and chocolate give the wine a unique depth. In the mouth, it is a very intense, balanced and robust wine, which fully expresses itself at least five years after the harvest.</p>
<p><b>Production and Vinification:</b> Produced in the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto, in the Monti Garbi area of Verona, Campo dei Gigli grows on white calcareous soil with a sandy silt fraction. The vines, 40 years old, are trained with the Pergola Veronese system. The yield is 70 quintals per hectare. The harvest involves a double manual sorting, followed by a three-month drying and fermentation in steel for 2-3 weeks. The aging process lasts three years in new tonneaux.</p>
<p><b>Pairing and Service:</b> Perfect with grilled red meats, roast beef, braised meats, sliced beef or colt, roasts with tasty sauces, game, hard and mature cheeses, and dried fruit. It can also be enjoyed alone, in the company of friends.
