Capri Bianco Scala Fenicia 2021 is a wine that captures the essence of the island of Capri, a sunny and marine white that celebrates the Campania winemaking tradition. Produced with a blend of Greco, Falanghina and Biancolella, this wine comes from native vines grown in the evocative context of the Phlegraean archipelago. The Scala Fenicia winery has been able to recover and enhance the ancient winemaking tradition of the island, carrying forward a production that respects the history and peculiarities of the territory, in the name of elegance and excellence.

The grapes used for Capri Bianco come from small terraced plots located on the north-east side of Mount Solaro, about 100 meters above sea level. The vines, grown with the traditional pergola system, benefit from the sea breeze and the Mediterranean sun, which give the wine its characteristic notes of freshness and flavor. The manual harvest takes place in the first half of October and the vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with a process that preserves the integrity and delicacy of the varietal aromas.

The result is a Capri Bianco that stands out for its complex and enveloping aromatic profile. The nose reveals aromas of orange blossom, white peach, citrus and delicate iodine notes, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, the sip is harmonious, fresh and savoury, with a finish that recalls the lively marine freshness and evokes the relaxing and fascinating atmospheres of the Island of Capri.
