| Description | Carapace Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG 2019 - Set of 6 Bottles in Wooden Box from Tenuta LunelliMontefalco is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it is located on the top of the hill that dominates the entire valley from Perugia to Spoleto, and for this reason called by the nickname Ringhiera dell' Umbria. Within its territory, since ancient times, two fine red wines have been produced: Montefalco Rosso and Sagrantino of Montefalco. The Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Carapace it consists only and exclusively of 100% Sagrantine grapes produced in the best vineyards of the estate and harvested manually with harvest in the month of October. The production area, between municipality of Montefusco and Besagne, consists of owned vineyards obtained through a careful and accurate selection of the best historical vines of the estate, within the “Patriarchi Project” developed in collaboration with the Agricultural Institute of San Michele all’Adige.
