Casalotto is a very high quality distillate, obtained from the pomace of the best typical Italian wines and produced with a traditional discontinuous method in copper steam boilers. After distillation, the liquid is aged for 25 years in wood of different essences with different toasting, which gives the product an intense amber color and a complex and enveloping aroma, enriched by notes of tobacco, cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, the flavor is equally intense and enveloping, confirming the sensations perceived on the nose. The alcohol content is 43% vol. and the year of production is 1986. A product of great value, ideal to be enjoyed alone or in combination with sweets and desserts.
