The Moscato D'Asti DOCG 2022 produced by the Fabio Perrone Agricultural Company, is a wine that celebrates the essence of fresh fruit in every sip. Its bright, golden yellow color is a visual invitation that preludes an olfactory bouquet of great elegance: notes of fresh fruit emerge with finesse and lightness. On the palate, the wine is surprisingly balanced: light in body, but with a good backbone of acidity that makes it lively and refreshing. Production Area

The grapes come from our proprietary vineyards located in the municipalities of Santo Stefano Belbo and Castiglione Tinella. The farming method used is the Guyot with Piedmontese bow with fruit fruit renewed annually.

Harvest and aging period

The harvest takes place between the end of August and the first week of September, with a manual selection of the grapes. The refinement of the wine takes place in the bottle for a short period.

Winemaking

After pressing, the grapes are pressed and the must is decanted. Subsequently, the must is stored in refrigerated autoclaves at controlled temperatures. During fermentation, the gas produced is retained, generating the characteristic perlage. Fermentation is enhanced by the addition of selected yeasts, to highlight the best organoleptic characteristics of the product.
