Produced from 100% Pecorino grapes, it expresses a unique aromatic harmony, thanks to the richness of the cultivation land and the attention dedicated to its vinification. Production characteristicsThe medium-textured soil welcomes 15-year-old vines, trained according to the simple Guyot system. With a planting density of 8,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 8,000 kg, the harvest takes place between 10 and 15 September. The vinification involves a fermentation in stainless steel, to preserve the authenticity and intensity of the aromas of the Pecorino grape.
