| Description | Rosè Brut "Cuvée dei Frati": A Wine of Character and VersatilityRosè Brut "Cuvée dei Frati" by Ca' dei Frati represents the ambition to fully explore the potential of the red berried grapes that make up the cuvée. Combining pleasantness and elegance, fruitfulness & agrave; and complexity, this wine reflects the care and attention with which the winemaking process is managed and the vineyard is looked after, essential elements of the Ca' dei Frati philosophy. The grapes, coming from different vineyards, follow a distinct path to make the most of the expression of the terroir and preserve the uniqueness of the terroir. of every variety. Production and VinificationThe Brut Ros` "Cuvée dei Frati" by Ca' dei Frati is made up of Groppello, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Barbera grapes, grown in the La Tür vineyard in Desenzano del Garda. The soil, mainly calcareous, has traces of clay, silt and sand. After the harvest, the grapes undergo an alcoholic fermentation with a short maceration in contact with the skins. This is followed by refermentation in the bottle, with a period of maturation on the lees of about 24 months. After disgorgement, the Spumante rests in the bottle for another 4 months. Tasting notes of the Rosé Classic Method Brut "Cuvée dei Frati"The Classic Method Rosé Brut "Cuvée dei Frati" seduces with its antique pink color, made brilliant by a fine and lively perlage.
