| Description | Cuvee Prestige Franciacorta DOCG Vertical Box: The Art of Verticality by Ca' del BoscoThe Cuvee Prestige Franciacorta DOCG Vertical Box by Ca' del Bosco is a unique wine experience, which contains nine limited edition bottles of Franciacorta, from number 30 to 34, with vintages ranging from 2005 to 2009. Concept of "RS" and ConservationThe "RS" concept, or Recent Disgorgement, applied to the Cuvee Prestige, is based on bottles left in the cellar undisgorged and preserved on top with yeasts. This innovative method guarantees superior freshness and longevity, thanks to the absence of contact with oxygen and a wise use of the dregs. Creation and AssemblyEach Cuvée Prestige is the result of a blend of at least 4 different vintages plus various combinations of vines and vineyards. The careful selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes from the best vineyards and the skilful integration of reserves from the best vintages (at least 20%) define the essence of this Franciacorta. Editions and FeaturesThe box set includes five different RS editions, with aging on the lees ranging from 10 to 15 years, offering a rare and precious vertical experience. Each bottle was disgorged in summer 2020, ensuring exceptional quality and a journey through time and vintages. |
