Coming from the sunny vineyards of Puglia, this exclusive label is the result of a careful selection of 100% Primitivo grapes, grown and harvested with the utmost care to guarantee superior quality. Winemaking Process: Art and ScienceThe winemaking of Desire Lush & Zin is a process that combines technique and passion. After harvesting, the grapes undergo prolonged maceration to extract maximum color and aroma. Fermentation takes place under strict thermal control to preserve the aromatic integrity of the fruit. This is followed by a six-month refinement in selected oak barriques, which gives the wine those much sought-after notes of vanilla and spices, as well as a rounder tannin and a flavor complexity that enchants the palate.
