Don Fà is a fortified red wine produced by the Fabio De Beaumont farm, which has its roots in an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. This fine wine represents the essence of the Campania winemaking tradition, expertly combining red grapes and black cherry leaves, for a unique and enveloping tasting experience.
The harvest of the grapes takes place in the autumn months, from October to November, and their vinification takes place spontaneously in steel tanks. After the winemaking process, the wine rests until June and July, when the black cherry leaves are collected and macerated in the wine, giving it an inimitable natural aroma. The entire process of adding alcohol and sugar occurs cold, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of Don Fà.
With an intense ruby red colour, Don Fà stands out for its enveloping and complex aroma, where hints of black cherry, spicy and balsamic notes emerge. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and warm, elegant and with a surprising persistence, making it perfect for any occasion.
