Don Vito Cilento Aglianico Riserva Dop is a red wine made from pure Aglianico grapes. Giungano is a small fraction of the municipality of Agropoli in the province of Salerno, in the Campania region. Don Vito Aglianico Riserva Cilento DOP is a red wine made from only 100% Aglianico grapes produced in the estate's vineyards. The grapes, harvested by hand, are carefully selected in the vineyard and immediately sent for pressing. Fermentation takes place in wood at a controlled temperature. The maturation in French oak tonneaux lasts 24 months with a subsequent refinement in the bottle for another 12 months. DOP indicates that the wine meets rigorous quality standards and that it was produced following traditional methods in the Cilento area. 

Don Vito Riserva DOP is a high quality red wine quality, well structured, with evident tertiary aromas of ageing. The taste is soft and dry. The color is ruby ​​red tending towards garnet and goes perfectly with typical local dishes, white and red meats, aged cheeses and cured meats.
