I wanted to give my Garganega the opportunity to express itself in a different, freer and lighter way. It presents itself with a floral bouquet and great balsamic persistence in the mouth.” Wine CharacteristicsThe Duchessa Allegra Garganega IGT Bio 2023is a certified organic dry white wine. Produced with Garganega grapes grown on calcareous soil, at an altitude of 80 - 100 meters. The vineyard is cultivated with the Veronese pergola method, with a density of 3000 plants per hectare. This wine represents the essence of the terroir, combining the natural freshness of the grapes with the unique characteristics of the calcareous soil. Winification and Refinement20% of the grapes are harvested before the main harvest to ensure the wine has the desired freshness. The vinification takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature to keep the varietal aromas intact. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for a few months before bottling, thus guaranteeing the preservation of the fresh and aromatic characteristics of the wine.
