Grown in the lands of San Marzano, this wine reflects the beauty and character of Salento. Organicoleptic CharacteristicsThe color is a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is an enchantment of floral and fruity notes, with a predominance of peach and nuances of delicate vanilla. On the palate, "Edda" expresses itself with opulence and elegance, revealing a balanced freshness and a distinctive mineral note. Winemaking and Aging ProcessThe vinification of "Edda" begins with a cryomaceration followed by a soft pressing. The alcoholic fermentation in French oak barriques and the aging on the yeasts for 4 months with weekly bâtonnage enhance the complexity and structure of this wine.
