Elisir Di Bacco is a fortified wine with an intense and delicious taste produced by the Carlo Polito Winery, obtained by infusing black cherries in Aglianico wine PGI Paestum grown in the Cilento area. Its ruby red color is intriguing and arouses emotions, while its clear and clean scent recalls the pleasant taste of black cherry, together with the sweet notes of exotic and dried fruit and herbaceous hints. On the palate, it is pleasant, fruity, slightly warm and soft, giving a finish that delights the palate. Excellent to accompany cakes, desserts, almond and black cherry cakes, ice cream and traditional Cilento biscuits.
