Created by the young Maestro Ronero César Marti, this rum has been aged for 10 years, expressing an exceptional aromatic symphony. High Precision Production ProcessProduction begins with native sugar cane, fermented with Cuban yeasts. The aguardiente ages in white oak whiskey barrels, while further maturation with light rum in French oak barrels gives this spirit a unique complexity. Sensory CharacteristicsThis rum stands out for its bright color and an olfactory profile that ranges from roasted coffee to red fruits, with notes of honey and mint. On the palate, it expresses flavors of dried apricot, orange blossom, sandalwood and allspice, with a long finish of Sichuan pepper and saffron.
