Origin and HarvestProduced from 27 selected vineyards in Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago San Martino, Corte Franca and Passirano, the 2019 harvest stood out for its climatic challenges, resulting in small but superior quality bunches, with a yield of 4,800 kg/ha. Method and WinemakingThe winemaking process follows the rigorous Ca' del Bosco Method, with a careful selection of the grapes and an exclusive pre-fermentation treatment. The refinement in small oak barrels for 5 months and the elevation in the bottle for 48 months give this Extra Brut an exceptional aromatic complexity, with a very limited sugar dosage (1.5 g/l).
