On the palate it is fine, not too voluminous but full and satisfying, with a nice acidity that enhances its freshness. The finish is very sapid with the return of dense floral and mentholated notes. | Description | Villa Raiano is a successful winery founded in 1996 in Serino (AV) which offers unique DOCG wines with organoleptic. The winery is located on top of a hill in the municipality of San Michele di Serino (AV) and is surrounded by vineyards and chestnut woods. Enjoy the panoramic view over the valley of the Saturday River from Mount Terminio to the municipality of Altavilla Irpina. The Fiano Di Avellino DOCG 2022 Villa Raiano is a white wine produced only with Fiano grapes from four different vineyards located in as many municipalities in the province of Avellino. The bunches are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes. The vinification and aging takes place entirely in steel vats, on the fine lees for 4 months. The Fiano Di Avellino Villa Raiano goes perfectly with fried blue fish and fresh appetizers. And not only that, it is ideal with fish dishes such as fish in salt, fish soup, pasta with tuna sauce, anchovy omelette, poached baby octopus and spaghetti with mullet sauce.
