Giallo D'Arles Greco di Tufo DOCG is a white wine made only from Greco grapes produced in the Irpinia area of ​​Tufo in Campania. The wine obtained is characterized by a deep minerality accompanied by notes of apricot and quince jam and a full and fresh taste. Giallo D'Arles DOCG from the Quintodecimo farm is a high quality white wine with characteristics similar to those of a red, it also has an extraordinary ability to mature with age, acquiring elegance, complexity and harmony over the years.

The Quintodecimo farm, located in the Irpinia region, produces three unique and quality white wines, obtained from the vinification in purity of the three main varieties of white grapes from Campania: Fiano< /strong>, Greco and Falanghina. The grapes used for the production of the wines come from three individual vineyards called Exultet, Giallo D’Arles and Via respectively > Del Campo. The Via Del Campo vineyard, located in Mirabella Eclano, was planted in a particularly suitable site for a full expression of the enological potential of the Falanghina grape. White wines of Quintodecimo are therefore three single-varietal Crus, greatly influenced by the vintage in the expression of their varietal character and by the Irpino terroir which gives them a particular minerality and lots of freshness.

The Giallo D'Arles DOCG wine is a unique experience for the palate, produced in the Giallo D'Arles vineyard in Tufo, in Campania, known for being the homeland of the famous Greco di Tufo. The grapes of the Greco di Tufo vine are characterized by a high content of coloring matter which gives the wine an intense yellow-gold hue.

The Giallo D'Arles DOCG is an extreme and rigorous interpretation of Greco di Tufo, produced with only grapes from the Giallo D'Arles vineyard of the Quintodecimo farm. Its characteristic ancient yellow-gold color is made even more intense by the short stay of the wine in small oak barrels during fermentation and by the complete absence of fining interventions. The name Il Giallo D'Arles pays homage to Van Gogh's favorite color during his time in Arles: a yellow prelude to red.
