This wine is produced with 100% Pecorino grapes, grown following certified organic methods, which enhance the unique characteristics of the Loreto Aprutino terroir, at the foot of the Gran Sasso. Grape variety and vineyardThe Pecorino grapes used for this wine come from vineyards located on the first hills downstream of the Tavo stream. The clay-limestone soil, rich in skeleton and characterized by strong temperature variations between day and night, contributes to giving the grapes an extraordinary aromatic expressiveness. The organic care of the vineyards, without the use of chemical substances, guarantees an authentic and environmentally friendly final product. VinificationThe vinification of Pecorino "Giocheremo con i Fiori" takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, allowing the freshness and purity of the typical aromas of the vine to be preserved. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages for a few months in steel, refining its organoleptic characteristics without external influences.
