| Description | Prélude Grands Crus Cuvée Brut by Taittinger is an exclusive cuvée made up of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, selected only from the best "Grands Crus" vineyards in the Champagne region. Produced exclusively with first pressing wines, this rare blend offers a perfect balance between the minerality of Chardonnay and the strength and structure of Pinot Noir. Aged for more than 5 years in the cellar, this champagne stands out for its youth and its great richness of flavours. The straw yellow color with silver reflections is the sign of the high percentage of exceptional Chardonnays. The bubbles are fine and create a persistent and delicately creamy foam. On the nose, the is subtle and fresh with mineral and floral aromas of elderflower and cinnamon spice. On the palate, the entry is clean and lively with very fresh citrus notes, followed by fuller and rounder flavors with white peaches in syrup. The finish is rich, persistent and full of flavour.
