L'Atto Basilicata IGT 2022 Cantine del Notaio

The Atto Aglianico del Vulture Cantine del Notaio 2022 is a unique and distinctive wine from the Basilicata region. Its brilliant ruby ​​red color and its fruity aroma, with hints of black cherry, red fruits and pepper, make it an ideal wine to accompany cold cuts and cured meats, pasta with meat sauce, risotto with meat, boiled meats. In the mouth, L'Atto Aglianico del Vulture stands out for its balanced, fruity taste and delicate tannins.

The Atto Basilicata IGT is a red wine produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes from the Vulture area, in < strong>Basilicata, a region in southern Italy. The volcanic soil and climatic conditions of the area give the wine a unique character, with great aromatic complexity and a tannic structure that make it suitable for long storage. The Cantina del Notaio, which has a long winemaking tradition in the region, uses modern, high-quality production techniques to get the most out of the Aglianico grapes. The harvest takes place by hand in the first ten days of November, when the fruit is fully ripe. After a maceration of approximately 5-6 days, the vinification takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel. The maturation takes place both in steel and in natural caves of volcanic tuff, in French oak barrels or tonneaux. 

L'Atto Basilicata IGT 2022  ;from Cantina del Notaio is characterized by an intense, deep color and complex aromas. It is excellent to pair with meat-based dishes, such as boiled, braised or roasted meats, and with first courses seasoned with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
