It takes its name from the forest that surrounds the Ulmo vineyard and represents a perfect fusion between tradition and innovation. Composed of a blend of 50% Nero d'Avola, 25% Merlot, 20% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Franc, this wine combines the richness of the Sicilian terroir with the refinement of international grapes. Wine CharacteristicsProduced in the vineyards of Dispensa, Gurra, Maroccoli and Buonivini, this wine reflects the diversity and richness of Sicilian soils. From the red sands of Vittoria to the calcareous marl of Buonivini, each vineyard contributes to creating a wine of extraordinary complexity and depth. The winemaking takes place mainly in stainless steel, with a small percentage in oak barrels, to preserve the freshness of the grapes and add a balanced tannic structure. Technical DetailsWith an alcohol content of 13.44% vol., La Segreta is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately or stored for 2-3 years.
