Produced with grapes selected from sunny vineyards, this Nebbiolo embodies the winemaking tradition and innovation of the Morassino family, active for five generations. With an intense ruby red color, this wine offers a complex and refined bouquet. Aromas of black cherries, ripe plums and floral nuances emerge on the nose, accompanied by a delicate spiciness and an elegant wood note. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced, with harmoniously integrated tannins and a long and persistent finish. Vinified with care, Nebbiolo Langhe DOC benefits from an ideal microclimate, characterized by warm days and cool nights. After a manual harvest, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature and subsequently aged in French oak barrels, which give structure and depth to the wine.
