This set of 6 bottles allows you to fully appreciate the quality of a wine that expresses the beauty and complexity of the territory. Wine CharacteristicsLapazio is a blend of Fiano (40%), Falanghina (40%) and Coda di Volpe (20%), three native vines from Campania which give the wine a complex aromatic profile and a balanced structure. Production ProcessThe grapes, selected manually, ferment in tonneau, with 30% first passage and 70% second passage, for a period of 10 months. The wine is then aged in glass for another 4 months, developing an elegant and complex structure. Organoleptic ProfileThe Lapazio Paestum PGI Bianco 2022 has a bright straw yellow color.
