How to clean a non-stick pan:

• Let the pan cool before cleaning.
• Only use sponges suitable for non-stick surfaces, avoiding metal, abrasive sponges or brushes or abrasive detergents.
• If washing in the dishwasher, use a dish detergent specific for domestic washing (without lemon).
• After washing, recondition the surface with vegetable or corn oil and dry well.
• Occasional reconditioning will help protect and prolong the life of the product.
• The black external coating does not require special treatments.
• Extended washing may damage or discolor the pan and affect the non-stick properties, considered ordinary wear and tear not covered by the lifetime warranty.
