Production details

The vineyards are exposed to the south and southwest, located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. The land is composed of calcareous marl mixed with sand, favoring the development of the unique characteristics of Nebbiolo. The implant system is the Guyot, with 4500 vines per hectare. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October, leading to the production of a wine with a remarkable alcohol content of 14% vol.

Technical notes

The winemaking process involves fermentation with maceration that lasts for 14-15 days at a temperature of 28° C. After this stage, the wine is aged in Allier oak barriques for 12 months, followed by a further 6-7 months of aging in the bottle.
