| Description | Mormoreto 2021: A Tuscan MasterpieceThe Mormoreto 2021, an excellent Toscana IGT, represents the pinnacle of the winemaking tradition of the Mormoreto vineyard. This wine, born from a land rich in history, best expresses the vigorous and dynamic spirit of Nipozzano. The 2021 harvest brought grapes of exceptional maturity and quality, thanks to favorable climatic conditions and careful manual selection of the bunches. Winemaking ProcessLocated 300 meters above sea level, the Mormoreto vineyard has sandy soil with south-west exposure. After the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and subjected to malolactic fermentation, followed by 18 months of maturation in French oak barriques. This process gives the wine an exceptional structure and complexity. Organoleptic CharacteristicsThe Mormoreto 2021 stands out for its brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, it offers a complex and articulated bouquet, with a prevalence of berries, ripe cherries, and spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon.
