The final persistence is characterized by notes of almonds in sugared almonds.

The production of the wine has been entrusted to Roberto Cipresso and is made using only native grapes from Campania selected by Cataldo himself in 26 wineries in the five provinces of Campania.</p>
<p>The vines used for the production of the wine are: Falanghina, Fiano , Greco, Coda di Volpe, Asprinio and Biancolella. 6,000 bottles are produced, including some Magnums destined for religious, cultural, political and entertainment personalities.</p>
<p>The production of the wine was laborious, the first samples were sent to Cipresso in his experimental cellar in Montalcino , to then proceed with the choice of the various blends and the assembly of the wine in the Agricola Bellaria cellar, in Roccabascerana, where Cipresso worked together with Luca Zirpoli, company oenologist, Mario Mazzitelli and Gaetano Cataldo.</p>
