The Lagrein Mühlanger BIO 2021 from Tenuta Brunnenhof represents an extraordinary sensorial journey into the heart of Alto Adige. Coming from centenary grapes, this red wine fascinates with its intense color and its aromatic complexity, the result of careful organic vinification and a unique terroir.
The vines, grown on gravelly soils at around 250 meters above sea level, produce high quality grapes which are harvested and selected by hand. The winemaking process takes place entirely in wood, giving the wine a rich and well-harmonized structure.
- Color: Dense and dark ruby red.
- Aroma: Broad notes of ripe berries, blueberries, blackberries and plum jam, with delicate spicy nuances.
- Flavor: Powerful and enveloping, with a velvety structure, well-balanced freshness and flavor. Exceptional taste-olfactory persistence.
- Production Area: Alto Adige, Trentino (Italy).
- Winemaking Process: Fermentation in oak barrels of different sizes with contact with the must for about two weeks, followed by a year's aging in 500 and 700 liter oak barrels.< /li>
