History and Origins

FERRARI Trento DOC Riserva Perlé Nero 2013 represents the only Blanc de Noir from the historic Ferrari house. This vintage sparkling wine is the result of forty years of careful research on the Pinot Noir vine, a vine recognized for its complexity and delicacy. The challenge of pure Pinot Noir gave rise to this unique Blanc de Noirs, a wine that embodies the finesse and personality of Pinot Noir, vinified partly in wood. Produced from grapes harvested manually in the family vineyards located above 400 meters above sea level, this wine remains on the yeasts and in the bottle for at least six years, best representing the sparkling wine tradition of Trentino.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Black Perlé has a golden yellow, brilliant and luminous color. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose, it offers a mature and complex aromatic profile, characterized by fruity, floral, mineral and toasted notes. Technical Details

The Perlé Nero Riserva Trento DOC 2013 is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It has an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​vol. and is presented in a 0.75 liter bottle. The refinement takes place for at least six years on selected yeasts in its own cultures. The wine comes from the vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, located in the highest areas of the Villa Margon, Maso Orsi and Maso Valli farms, all located at over 400 meters above sea level.
