This wine is a unique blend of Corvina (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Merlot (30%), hand-picked and dried for two months, following the ancient custom of the Veronese farmers. The vinification in steel fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature for 20 days and the subsequent maturation of 8 months in barrique enhance the structure and bouquet of this exceptional wine.
