This bottle contains not only a wine of exceptional quality, but also the passion and dedication of three generations of the Cuomo family, who have been responsible for the production of excellent wines for years in the heart of Capaccio-Paestum. A Distinctive Expression of the TerritoryThe Primitive Poseidon is; a 100% primitive wine, coming from sandy-limestone soils characteristic of this part of Campania. The vines, trained according to the Guyot method with a density of of 4000 plants per hectare, they reveal the richness and uniqueness of of the territory in which they are rooted. The Art of Winemaking: An Expertly Curated ProcessThe harvest takes place in the second ten days of September and follows a careful process of destemming, crushing and maceration in stainless steel fermenters. The aging continues in steel tanks for about 4 months, which allow the wine to develop its distinctive notes.
