| Description | BLACK TIE Wine Decanter by RIEDEL made of hand made blown crystal glass. Height 420 mm 16 1/2". Capacity 1955 cc - 69 oz. Design 2009. Single pack. Blown "open-mouthed" decanter, the glass blower creates and shapes it by hand, without the aid of a mold. The black decoration that surrounds it is given by a black crystal bar that is introduced into the molten glass. The length of the hollow piece is determined by the length of the arms of the glass blower. Only the great experience and immense talent of Riedel's master glassmakers can recreate objects of such high quality and craftsmanship. RIEDEL, in Kufstein, exclusively produce handmade glass. Each handmade item is made individually by master glassmakers. The experience of these artisans ensures that the quality of each piece meets the high standards for which the Riedel brand is known. Because of the handwork, small tolerances in size and weight, bubbles or imperfections and slight surface variations are a feature of the product itself. |
