Main CharacteristicsWith its TRENTODOC denomination, this sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes , collected manually. Its maturation takes place for a minimum of 7 years on yeasts selected in its own cultures, giving life to a wine with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol.
