Riva Cilento Fiano DOP, in a wooden box, an exceptional white wine created by Carlo Polito, is a real treasure of the Fiano grapes grown in Torchiara, in Cilento. The grapes are harvested by hand with great attention to quality and are carefully selected to guarantee the best characteristics of the wine. The fermentation, which combines 90% in steel at a controlled temperature and 10% in tonneaux, is followed by a 12-month maturation in steel and an aging of 6 months in the bottle. The DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) identifies that the product is linked to a specific geographical region and that it follows strict standards regarding its production.
