Riva Cilento Fiano DOP, an exceptional white wine created by Carlo Polito, is a real treasure of the Fiano grapes grown in Torchiara strong>, in Cilento. The grapes are harvested by hand with great attention to quality and are carefully selected to ensure the best characteristics of the wine. The fermentation, which combines 90% in steel at a controlled temperature and 10% in tonneaux, is followed by a 12-month maturation in steel and an aging of 6 months in the bottle. The PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) identifies that the product is linked to a specific geographical region and that it follows strict standards regarding its production.
