This wine is produced exclusively with Malvasia Nera di Brindisi grapes, resulting in a wine with a typical Salento pink color, with a unique brilliance and luminosity. That of the Cantine Paololeo winery is a simple and beautiful story, a family story that spans five generations of winemakers. Respecting the hereditary passion for wine and their land, they built the history of the winery, which is located south of Brindisi, in the town of San Donaci, and still bears their name. Today the company owns more than 70 hectares of land and an ancient farmhouse surrounded by vineyards of Primitivo, Negroamaro, white Malvasia, Chardonnay and Fiano. Tasting NotesRosa Mora has a bright and luminous pink colour. On the nose, it expresses vivid hints of blackberries and raspberries. In the mouth, the great freshness and acidity blend with a savory trail, giving life to a delicate, balanced wine with a unique length, which invites you to other sips.
