| Description | Paestum PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Rose D'Autunno is a rosé wine produced in the municipality of Rutino, in the province of Salerno, in the Campania region. In this small Cilento town, Alfonso Rotolo's farm and winery has been cultivating and producing wines for over three generations. The grapes of Aglianico for the production of Rose d'Autunno rosé wine. The winemaking process of the Rose D'Autunno IGP wine takes place: harvesting of the ripe grapes around mid-October; fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature; maturation and refinement in steel and glass bottles. |
