The processing of Saracè Fiano DOP begins with the hand-picking of the grapes , which are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. The grapes are then pressed and subjected to maturation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel for 4 months and is then aged in the bottle for a further 2 months.
