Provenance and HarvestThe grapes for this prestigious Franciacorta come from 12 Chardonnay and 2 Pinot Bianco vineyards, selected for their excellence. The 2019 harvest, which began on August 20, was characterized by favorable climatic conditions which made it possible to obtain small, high-quality bunches, with an average yield per hectare of 4,800 kg of grapes. Winification and RefinementThe winemaking follows the Ca' del Bosco Method, which involves manual selection of the bunches, a unique washing and hydromassage system, and fermentation in small oak barrels.
